At United TranzActions, LLC (“UTA” or “Company”), we recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our products and services. We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our customers’ right to privacy and to guide our relationships with our customers. This Privacy Policy Statement sets forth how we treat information that we receive about our customers and/or customers’ customer and how we use such information. Transmission of Subscriber Data

User acknowledges and agrees that by providing UTA with any subscriber information through the Site, user consents to the transmission of such information over the web as necessary for processing in accordance with UTA's standard e-commerce practices.

Except as required by law and in accordance with UTA's Internet Privacy Statement, UTA will maintain the confidentiality of all subscriber communications which contain transaction information and which are transmitted directly to UTA.

UTA takes the trust you place in us very seriously. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, UTA utilizes appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

We use 256 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive information such as credit card and banking information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us. This security measure is working when you see the symbol of either an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) at the bottom of your browser window.



Online Services Registration

In order to provide you with our online service, we require that you voluntarily supply us with your business information and sign a Service Agreement, which includes your e-mail address and subscriber number (if you are a UTA Subscriber).



Information Collection

When you browse UnitedTranzactions.com and have not registered for our online service, you browse anonymously. Corporate information -- such as your name, address, phone number, or E-mail address -- is not collected as you browse. UTA does, however, use "cookies" to collect information about how our site is used for the purpose of measuring response rates.



Information Use

UTA will not sell, rent, lease or share your personal information to third parties unless to:

  1. i. perform the service being provided
  2. ii. respond to duly authorized information requests of police and governmental authorities;
  3. iii. comply with any law, regulation, subpoena, or court order;
  4. iv. help prevent fraud or to enforce or protect the rights and properties of UTA;

We collect nonpublic personal information about Customer and Customer’s customers only with the objective of providing the services that Customer requests. The types of personal information that we collect vary according to the services that we perform for Customer, and may include:

  • • Information that we receive from Customer (such as Customer’s customers name, address, social security information, and other financial or household information);
  • • Information about Customer’s relationship and past history with us and Customer’s customers (such as the types of purchases provided to you, invoice balances and payment history); and
  • • Information that we receive, with Customer’s and/or Customer’s customers authorization, from third parties such as banking institutions and others.


HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not disclose any personal information about you that you have provided to us to anyone outside of our company, except as authorized by Customer and/or you or required by laws, rules, and regulations. For example, we may disclose information to a third-party, such as a bank, who is assisting us in providing services to you which fall under the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act. We do not sell information or disclose information to marketing companies.



Access to and Accuracy of Your Information

UTA strives to keep your personal information accurately recorded. We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to help maintain data accuracy. UTA provides individuals with reasonable access to personal information that they provided to UTA and the reasonable ability to review and correct it or ask for anonymization, blockage, or deletion, as applicable. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as requiring a password and user ID, before granting access to your data.
